You subconscious may just be the key you’ve looking for to unlock your potential! However, you cannot unlock it unless you go within it, get to know it, and build rapport with your subconscious. That is where the changes can take place that results in huge shifts in behavior.

Take my client for example, who was running a business, but scared to speak her truth and share her true option on the hot topics buzzing around in her industry. Your subconscious is the part of your mind that you are not always fully aware of, but makes up about 90% of your mind. It holds every single memory you’ve ever experienced and holds the patterns and programs you run off of everyday. It influences what you say, what you do, what stories you tell yourself, the beliefs you have and feelings you have about these stories.
The life you’ve created is literally based upon your subconscious beliefs.

Even if you’re not a visual person, you can meditate with new thoughts and beliefs as mantras or you can verbally rant about your new new reality as if it’s happened to you.
